The Rank Progress Daily Breakdown report presents daily progress for each keyword including landing pages, search traffic metrics, and SERP features.

Landing Page & SERP Feature Changes

 
Monitor Changes in Landing Page and SERP Features per Keyword.

In Report Options > Display settings, enabling the:
  • Landing Page column allows you to monitor changes in the best ranked landing page from one day to another.
  • SERP Features Icons option displays the various special features that Google provided for the search result.
  • Notes feature displays a column with color-coded notes. (learn more)

Enable the Rank Graph in Report Options > Display > General settings to add a colorful trend graph of rank per search engine for the selected keyword.

View Note Details

To display the Notes feature, enable it in Report Options > Display > Notes settings, and a column with color-coded notes will be included in the report (learn more about Notes).

When a Note icon displays in the report, you can click it to launch a window that provides the details. You can also edit and save the details in that screen.

Report Options

 
Select a custom Date Range

Date:

  • Click the calendar icon to select the report Date Range.
General Display Settings

Display:

  • Custom Report Title: (optional) enter a Title to display centered at the top of your report. This title will also display on your White Label PDF Reports; both in the bookmarked links and at the top of the report.
  • Search Engine: by default the Search Engine column is hidden in the report table. To display switch the toggle ON
  • Website: by default, the domain column is hidden in the report table. To display switch the toggle ON
  • Landing Page: displays a column containing the URL of the page that the keyword ranked highest for on the date.
  • Landing Page Tag: if you have added campaign Landing Page Tags, you can display them in the report by enabling this setting.
  • Rank Graph: displays a trend graph of rank per search engine for the selected keyword.
  • Algorithm Updates: displays an indicator of Google algorithm updates reported in our historical algorithm update tracking tool.
Show or hide report columns

Display SERP

  • SERP Feature Icons: display in the URL column per landing page (learn more about SERP Indicators.)

Display Notes:

  • Notes (Single Date)
  • Notes (Date Range)
  • Click Add Note to create a new note.

Sort and Group:

  • Sort Field: select the field you want the report to be sorted by.
  • Sort Direction: select the sort direction ascending or descending.

Keywords:

  • Select the one keyword you want the report run on.
Select Website Domains

Websites:

  • Select the domain you want to be included in the report.
Select Search Engines

Search Engines:

  • Select the search engine(s) you want to be included in the report.
  • Use the up and down arrows to reorder the display of search engines in your report, if desired.

Select Search Engines

Google Analytics - Show or Hide:

  • Organic Visits
  • PPC Visits
  • Total Visits
  • Bounce Rate

Note: Google Analytics must be integrated in order to view these metrics in the report. Refer to Google Analytics Integration for more information.
